Full changelog
Improvements
- Post @-mentions. Type @ in a post to mention a team member or portal user. Mentioned users get an in-app notification and an email, with the email respecting unsubscribe-all preferences. Mention chips render with the author's current display name and expand to a hover-card preview.
- Rich text editor for comments. Comments now support headings, bold, italic, code blocks, lists, links, and an emoji picker. Existing markdown comments keep rendering as before.
- Welcome card on the portal home. New admin setting that puts a customisable greeting at the top of the public feedback list. Drafts stay editable while the card is disabled so you can prep an announcement before flipping it on.
