Added a new Output Error Context workflow to speed up debugging from failed compile/upload runs.
- When Output Window status is Failed, you can click Add to context to attach the error to your next chat message.
- The attached error now appears as a preview badge (with icon + label) in the composer.
- On send, the error context is appended to the prompt sent to the agent in the background.
