Features

Dashboard widget selector moved to the top nav. The full-width dashboard header (expand/minimize plus options/filters buttons) is replaced by a single Dashboard Widgets button in the top navigation, shown only on the dashboard route. It opens the widget selector panel via the app event bus, aligning Core with the Pro layout.

Fixes

Timezone update is now robust and reflects immediately after saving (closes #307).
