Highlights

• Docs: README gains two env-var rows (BLUESKY_BRIDGE_DEFAULT_ROLE + shared BRIDGE_DEFAULT_ROLE fallback). Setting either seeds new bridge sessions with the specified role; /role <id> on an existing session still wins. See #729 for the feature.
• Ecosystem section lists every @mulmobridge/* package with npm links so readers can navigate across the bridge family.
• Dep bump: @mulmobridge/client tightened to ^0.1.4 to pick up the dashed-transport env fix.
