Fix collection deletion for imported collections (#1841) — deleteCollection's isDataDirSafe guard now accepts both data/<slug>/ (authored convention) and data/collections/<slug>/ (imported convention) as per-slug subtrees. Previously, importing a collection then trying to delete it failed with "collection 'X' declares a dataPath outside its own data/X/ subtree; refusing to delete", leaving it un-deletable through the UI.
