Initial release of @mulmoclaude/markdown-utils — a browser-safe leaf package holding the markdown / image rendering utilities shared by the MulmoClaude host and the markdown plugin.

Eliminates the near-complete COPY of src/utils/{markdown,image,dom,files} that markdown-plugin was carrying (jscpd: −865 duplicated lines, 2.74% → 2.07%).

Exports: parseFrontmatter/mergeFrontmatter, extractFirstH1, marp helpers (marpThemeNameFromFilename, ensureThemeDirective, sanitizeMarpThemeCss, marpCustomSize, isMarp), renderTaskListItems, cacheBustUrl, transformResolvableUrlsInHtml, externalLinkAttrs, filename helpers.

Deps: js-yaml; peer vue.
