Full changelog

Docs patch addressing feedback from launch thread reviewers asking for non-Spanish primary documentation.

Added

  • English README is now the primary entry point of the repository. Includes a language switcher at the top linking to the Spanish version.
  • README.es.md preserves the original Spanish content with a switcher back to English. Both versions stay in sync going forward.
  • Framing quote from community feedback (u/dashingsauce) added near the top of the README — captures the positioning of the project ("local-first operational layer neither Docker nor Railway will own") better than prior phrasing.

Fixed / Polished

  • README structure section now correctly references the watcher.test.ts test suite, events-db.ts server module, i18n.tsx, and Tooltip.tsx component (all were previously omitted).
  • Community section now links to GitHub Discussions in addition to issues.

Compatibility

No code changes. Drop-in upgrade from v0.1.2.
