Highlights

Git panel now surfaces GitHub open pull requests, open issues, and latest release data via the local gh CLI.
CodeGraph indexing is automatic: local Git projects initialize on selection and sync after 5 minutes of dirty-worktree quiet time.
Island status sounds now distinguish agent completion from approval-needed transitions.
