ContextLattice Bootstrap

This bootstrap release establishes the private ContextLattice repo with the curated runtime codebase and validated local-first deployment gates.

Included

  • Curated repository layout for core services, orchestrator, dashboard, docs, infra overlays, and legal package
  • Migration validation report: docs/contextlattice_repo_migration_validation.md
  • Lite profile startup ordering hardening for MCP hub dependencies
  • Hardened migration tooling and MCP health probe retry/fallback behavior

Validation snapshot

  • core, lite, and full launch profiles exercised in staging
  • pytest -q services/orchestrator/tests: 29 passed
  • Dashboard tests validated during staging run
  • Optional cloud connectivity check requires effective QDRANT_CLUSTER_ENDPOINT + QDRANT_API_KEY
