This release stabilizes the public v3 lane after the recent Go-first auth/compatibility hardening work.

Included

PR #88: unified orchestrator helper compatibility + hardened Go tool role-split policy.
- Added shared script helper + compatibility shim.
- Added role-split safeguards (distinct worker/orchestrator key handling).
- Added tool role policy visibility in /v1/info.
PR #89: closed remaining parity gaps.
- Runner/context-expansion auth now uses shared role-aware key resolution (worker lane first, orchestrator fallback).
- Synced gateway-go README responsibilities (storage governance endpoints).
- Added regression test coverage for worker/orchestrator key preference in context expansion runtime.

Validation on release commit

go test ./... in services/gateway-go: pass
Targeted orchestrator script/runtime tests: 11 passed

Notes

Public boundary preserved (v3 lane): no private v4-only feature promotions included.
Service path remains Go-first through http://127.0.0.1:8075.
