Full changelog

What's Changed

  • Improved Windows required-check execution by allowing environment.required_checks.shell to select auto, sh, bash, cmd, powershell, or pwsh.
  • On Windows, Galley now prefers Git Bash for automatic required-check shell resolution when available, and falls back to cmd.exe.
  • Added clearer verification evidence for the resolved required-check shell and guidance for cmd.exe failures that look like POSIX tool or syntax mismatches.
  • Added a native Windows PowerShell installer and Windows CI smoke coverage for both PowerShell and Git Bash installer paths.
  • Updated the packaged Galley plugins to 0.1.8 with Windows setup and required-check shell guidance.
