Fixes the MCP Registry publish that failed in 1.3.4 (server.json description exceeded the registry's 100-char limit). The registry description is now 98 chars and still carries both names, the BCB acronym and the key indicators. npm 1.3.4 had already published successfully; this release re-aligns npm and the MCP Registry on the same version. No functional changes.
