Hotfix: server no longer exits on
missing MISTRAL_API_KEY. Glama/Smithery sandbox builds and any introspection flow can now enumerate tools without credentials. Tool
calls still fail cleanly with a 401 from Mistral when no key is provided. README European positioning softened (no over-claims). See
CHANGELOG.md.
