Polish release covering food sources, the onboarding wizard, and persistent-sidebar layout fixes.

Food Sources

• Open Food Facts now has its own enable/disable toggle in Settings → Food Sources, defaulting on. Privacy-conscious users can opt out of OFF queries; the source picker on the Foods page hides OFF when disabled.
• OFF moved above USDA in the Food Sources section to reflect that it's the primary search source.
• USDA description now links directly to the free API key signup at fdc.nal.usda.gov.
• The OFF account section clarifies that an account is only required to upload edits — searching works without one — and links to the OFF account signup.

Wizard

• Integrations step gets the same signup links on the OFF and USDA cards, and the OFF subtitle now describes it as a search source rather than just an upload destination.
• Integration summary at the bottom of the step no longer mis-labels cards as "Skipped" when you simply hadn't filled in credentials yet. Only cards you explicitly clicked "Skip this" on count as skipped now.

Persistent sidebar (tablet / desktop)

• Fixed a layout bug where pinning the sidebar caused page banners and the right edge of content to clip. Affected Diary, Foods, Wellness, Statistics, Goals, and Settings.
• Fixed a gap between the page header and sticky sub-bars (Foods filter, Diary date picker, Settings search, Wellness date + tab bars) when the sidebar was pinned.
• Fixed the persistent-sidebar toggle silently flipping itself off after about 30 seconds. Cause: form-factor preferences were being overwritten by stale server values on every settings sync.
• Persistent-sidebar toggle is now correctly hidden on phones (768px viewport required) and reacts to live tablet rotation between portrait and landscape.

Android APK below is signed and self-updating from rc.14 / rc.15 / rc.16.
