Fixes

Health Connect data now populates the web Wellness page tiles, sparklines, sleep insights, and the readiness card. Final piece of the Health Connect pipeline (after rc.22 and rc.23). The web's data endpoint now returns Health Connect rows alongside Fitbit rows, and the sparkline / sleep insight / readiness fetches now fire for Health Connect users (not just Fitbit users), so the synced metrics fully populate the Wellness page.

Note: rc.24 was amended on 2026-05-16 to include the sparklines/sleep/readiness fix. The Android versionCode is unchanged (93), so existing rc.24 installs will need a reinstall or a fresh APK download to pick up the fix on Android. PWA users get the new code on next page load.
