Summary

AI summary

New /memem-welcome skill forces the full welcome screen for any user.

Full changelog

Adopts the mature CLI pattern (VSCode walkthroughs, gh CLI, Homebrew): brand-new users see the full welcome (ASCII banner, pitch, mining options), returning users see a one-line state summary only.

Changes

  • /memem branches on ~/.memem/.welcome-shown + legacy migration marker + memory count. First view touches .welcome-shown so subsequent /memem calls are compact.
  • New /memem-welcome skill force-shows the full welcome regardless of state — the "re-open walkthrough" handle. Returning users who want the intro again don't need to delete state files.
