Installer env configuration extracted into a shared tools/installer/env-schema.js module (ENV_SCHEMA). Adds TZ and OIKOS_HTTP_PORT fields (both with writeToEnv: true) and a group field per entry. GET /api/defaults now serves ENV_SCHEMA directly; existing UI behaviour is unchanged.
