Notes & links on shopping items (Discussion #426) — each shopping item can now carry an optional free-text note (brand, size, instructions) and an http(s) product or store link. Both are edited in a compact per-item detail drawer opened from the pencil button, so the quick-add row stays as clean as before; a subtle inline icon marks items that have extra details. Notes are included in the global search, and links open safely in a new tab (only http/https URLs are accepted).
