Full changelog

UI/UX consistency pass across list and filter modules. Budget tabs now use the same shared tab component and keyboard behavior (arrow keys, Home/End, roving focus) as the Rewards and Housekeeping tabs.
Document filters (status and category) are now chip toggles instead of dropdown menus, matching the filter style already used in Contacts.
Search fields in Notes, Contacts, Documents, and Birthdays now share one persistent, labeled search field with a clear button, so search looks and behaves the same across those modules.
The Housekeeping page title now matches its navigation label.

Budget: opening an account's transactions from the Accounts tab now moves the highlighted tab to "Budget" so it matches the content shown, instead of leaving the highlight on "Accounts".
