Full changelog

Birthday calendar entries now show the birthday label in your own language (e.g. "Geburtstag: …" in German) instead of always "Birthday: …". The entry title and description are translated on display across the calendar (month, week, day, agenda), the event popup, the dashboard's upcoming-events widget, and search results, in all 23 supported languages. Existing birthdays are covered automatically; nothing needs re-importing.
