Fix for contact-card import corrupting names that use non-ASCII letters.

Importing a contact card (.vcf) whose name is QUOTED-PRINTABLE encoded (common in vCard 2.1 exports from phone and mail apps) now decodes non-ASCII letters correctly. A name such as "Kalaycı" with the Turkish "ı" was previously imported literally as "Kalayc=C4=B1"; it now imports as written. Soft line breaks and the declared charset are honored, and the CardDAV sync parser decodes the same encoding. Plain values containing "=" (without a QUOTED-PRINTABLE declaration) are left untouched.
