Summary
AI summaryDashboard widget customisation now persists variable-length layouts without silent discards.
Full changelog
Added
- Categories can now be reordered by drag-and-drop in the "Manage categories" dialog (Tasks, Budget, Contacts, and Shopping), including Budget subcategories. Drag a row by its handle to move it; the up/down buttons stay as the keyboard-accessible path and each move is announced to screen readers. The new order is saved immediately and rolls back to the server order if the save fails.
Fixed
- Dashboard widget customisation now persists variable-length layouts and future widget IDs without a duplicated backend allow-list. The preferences API validates the safe storage shape instead of owning a fixed widget registry, so adding or removing dashboard widgets no longer requires a matching server change and malformed layouts return an error instead of being silently discarded.
