Fixed

Thumbnail filmstrip re-rendered on every state change (playback ticks, slider drags), and switching posters blocked the main thread on a full synchronous render. Both fixed: shared identity-stable default params, memoized components, and a progressive preview-then-full-quality render for the detail view. Contributed by @ky-zo, thank you.
