Fixed

redactPII() silently fails when fast-redact not loaded asynchronously. Made _applyRedaction lazily retry compilation on first use and emit console.warn when unavailable.
createGroup.execute() discards Zod transforms/defaults/strip. Now passes result.data to handler.
FluentEnum.default() missing this._optional = true. Added for consistency with other fluent types.
FluentRouter.tags() replaces instead of accumulating. Changed to push(...tags).

Tests: 4487 passed (171 files). 21 new regression tests.
