`@vurb/core` — Deploy Bundle Size & Deduplication

Bundle size limit increased from 500KB to 1.5MB — The previous 512KB limit was too restrictive for community-developed MCP servers that include standard third-party dependencies. All five size gates (CLI MAX_BUNDLE_SIZE, API controller bundle/raw_size validation, API service base64/raw guards) bumped in sync to 1,536,000 bytes (raw) / 2,100,000 bytes (base64).
MCP SDK deduplication — edgeStubPlugin() now intercepts @modelcontextprotocol/sdk imports and provides empty modules, preventing esbuild from bundling a second copy (~200KB saved). @vurb/core already bundles the SDK internally — user-listed copies are redundant.
