Server does not support resources runtime error — Fixed an issue where the SDK threw a capability error when attaching resources or introspection handlers. The server initialization now dynamically includes resources: {} in the capabilities block if these handlers are attached.

.addDictionary() schema — Changed the input schema definition from z.record(z.unknown()) to z.record(z.string(), z.any()) to align with expected schema types.
