Introspection action expansion - vurb deploy now correctly expands grouped tools into individual action entries for CLI output and dashboard sync. A namespace like compliance with 3 actions now reports compliance.obligations, compliance.timeline, compliance.generate_report instead of just compliance. Flat tools unchanged. Fixes TS2352 build error by using pre-lockfile contracts (ToolContract.surface.actions) instead of lockfile surface.
Deploy success banner styling - Clean white text with only elapsed time in green.
