/tasks now loads pending tasks into agent context so the agent automatically sees them
Agent will work on tasks when prompted without needing to repeat the task description

/cost improvements

Autocomplete

Added /tasks, /cost, /account to command autocomplete list

Account sync

codeep account push — push local API keys to codeep.dev (encrypted)
codeep account sync — pull API keys from codeep.dev to local config
