Patch release over v7.30.23.\n\nManaged MCP client sync now runs provider reconciliation with apply=true before writing Brain-owned default MCP entries. It only writes nexo_chrome_control, nexo_desktop_control, and nexo_power_control when the required providers report healthy. If staging fails, sync removes stale NEXO-owned managed MCP entries from JSON/TOML client configs while preserving user-owned entries.\n\nRelease evidence: tests/test_managed_mcp.py, tests/test_managed_mcp_release_gate.py, release-contracts/v7.30.24.json, and release-contracts/smoke/v7.30.24.json.
