Full changelog
Patch release. Makes clone-and-open actually work, and ships the first real demonstration.
Fixed
- Coordinator now auto-activates on clone-and-open. A root
CLAUDE.mdbootstraps the methodology. Previously the spec lived only incore/CLAUDE.md, which isn't auto-loaded when you open the repo root in Cowork/Claude Code — so users got a generic assistant instead of the 6-phase coordinator. This was a first-contact ship-blocker; it's fixed.
Added
- First real example:
examples/stickman-comparison.md— the same one-line prompt ("a stickman unlimited levels game with motion graphics") run two ways. Plain Claude builds a game in seconds with zero questions; the methodology spends Phase 1 surfacing that the scope hides three hard problems.
