  • Registry namespace → one.faf/* — claude-faf-mcp now publishes as one.faf/claude-faf-mcp. The FAF context block rides server.json _meta (emitter-sourced via faf-cli, honest-first: no baked score — it points to the .faf and asserts determinism).
  • faf_go 6Ws fix — the guided interview is SIX_WS_INTERVIEW (8: name + goal + 6Ws), not the full 16; language and stack are sourced, never asked of the human.

557 tests pass.
