  • Plugins that fail to load (unreadable or unparseable manifest, resolution error) are now skipped with a warning instead of taking down boot.
  • Disabled plugins keep a stable name in the plugins UI. The name is read statically from the manifest instead of going blank while the plugin isn't loaded.
