• Windows agent probe crash: exec.LookPath on Windows could pick up npm's extensionless Unix shell scripts (e.g. claude instead of claude.cmd), causing the runner to crash during agent detection. Production pods were disappearing and reappearing due to three subsystems (connection lifecycle, state sync, liveness detection) lacking a unified state model. This release addresses the root cause:

• Connection Generation: Unique monotonic ID per gRPC connection prevents stale defer from killing new connections during rapid reconnection
• Evidence-Based Orphaning: Pods require 3 consecutive heartbeat misses (~90s) before orphaning, replacing instant single-miss judgement
• Liveness Detection Simplification: Remove redundant recvWatchdog — HeartbeatMonitor + PingPong already cover both directions, eliminating cascade cancel signals

Note: This release includes both Runner and Backend changes. Backend must be updated alongside Runner for full effect.
