nzbdav releases

Updated various dependencies including @types/node, isbot, dotnet group, react group, react-router group, tailwindcss group, vite, and ws.

Added NZB backup settings to the frontend, allowing incoming NZBs to be backed up to a configured directory. Users can now export NZBs from the history table. Improved organization by indexing QueueItems by category and filename and organizing the /nzbs webdav directory by category. Fixed a 500 error for webdav range requests past content boundary.

Fixed compatibility issues with NZBDonkey, improved error messages for malformed NZBs, added FLAC content-type mapping, improved queue handling for missing blobs, and implemented proper authentication middleware.

Updated all dependencies including Tailwind CSS, React, TypeScript, Express, Bootstrap, and various npm packages for security and compatibility.
