Add the public Klimkit Codex plugin and repo marketplace.
Make Codex app + Klimkit plugin the default README path, with Switchboard and repo-managed projection as advanced options.
Verify live Codex plugin install and Git marketplace upgrade on this VM.

Installed branch-published klimkit@klimkit from Git marketplace klimentij/klimkit#codex-plugin-first at plugin version 0.1.14.
Bumped the plugin manifest and klimkit-workflow skill to 0.1.15, pushed the branch, ran codex plugin marketplace upgrade klimkit, and reran codex plugin add klimkit@klimkit.
Verified Codex reports klimkit@klimkit installed/enabled at 0.1.15.
Verified the live cache at /home/ubuntu/.codex/plugins/cache/klimkit/klimkit/0.1.15 contains the modified skills/klimkit-workflow/SKILL.md line: For Git-backed plugin updates, refresh the marketplace snapshot and re-add the plugin so the local cache moves to the new version.
