Klimkit v0.1.5 - timestamped reflection log

This release tightens the shared Codex Reflection Gate into a timestamped cross-task Reflection Log. Reflection entries are now sessions, not one required record per task, with four default sections: Observations, Derived Pattern, Insight, and Next Probe. Wider or more creative synthesis may use up to ten named sections, so useful ideas are not cut off just to fit the default shape.

Older reflection entries are preserved in append-only form. When agents encounter older task-reference/source-summary style reflections and those entries are relevant, they now append a new-format migrated or normalized entry instead of rewriting history.

Updated surfaces include packs/codex/AGENTS.md, reflector, checklister, final-reviewer, the harness-tuning skill, README release/workflow docs, pack validation tests, and v0.1.5 package metadata.
