  • Core tier — tools/list advertises a focused Core of 12 by default; set FAF_TOOLS=all to expose all 35 (dispatch unchanged, so Extended tools stay callable by name). The 12 Core descriptions were rewritten verb-first — what it does · what it returns · when to use vs which sibling.
  • faf_go — the Table-of-8 — the interview now seeds the 6Ws from your project goal and presents the full Table-of-8 (confirm-or-edit), single-sourced from faf-cli's buildTableOf8.

  • server.json emitter (npm run gen:server-card) — composes the registry identity (one.faf/* name + one.faf/context _meta) from faf-cli; stamps the real .mcpb fileSha256.
