The SessionStart heartbeat now surfaces the intent delta — the goal and 6Ws the code can't carry — so every Claude Code session opens grounded in what your project means, not just what it contains.

Added

  • Heartbeat intent delta — the heartbeat appends · +N intent the code can't carry (N = populated project.goal + the 6Ws, slotignored excluded). E.g. faf: context ✪ 100% — fresh · +7 intent the code can't carry. A structural count of what only a human can give or confirm — never a fabricated benchmark.
  • README — "For Claude Code teams" — how the committed .faf plus the SessionStart hook give every teammate's Claude the same grounding on git clone.

  • Two dead io.github registry workflows — one.faf/claude-faf-mcp is the canonical namespace.
