FAF now writes the file GitHub Copilot reads — from inside Claude. faf_bi_sync syncs .github/copilot-instructions.md, GitHub Copilot's widest-surface instruction file, straight from your scored .faf.

  • faf_bi_sync gains a copilot flag (and all includes it) — syncs .github/copilot-instructions.md, GitHub Copilot's repository-wide custom-instructions file, honored by default across web chat, code review, VS Code, JetBrains, Copilot CLI, and the coding agent. Non-destructive, auto-creates .github/.

Fixed

  • faf_bi_sync now forwards every format flag (agents/cursor/gemini/copilot/all) through to the engine — they were advertised in the tool schema but silently dropped, so multi-format sync via the tool never actually fired.
