Note: If you use API Channel or Agent Bot webhooks, Chatwoot now generates dedicated signing secrets and sends signed webhook headers. Update your webhook verification flow to use the new signing secrets.

v4.12.1 Bug fix 2mo

Fixed AI Assist 404 error in Community Edition and critical webhook regression since v4.8.0 where message payloads were sending channel-rendered HTML instead of raw message content, breaking downstream parsing and integrations.
