v0.18.1 Bug fix

Patch release fixing seven bugs introduced or present in 0.18.0: directory paths in `backup --stdin-filename` now work correctly; `RESTIC_HOST` environment variable is now respected by the `forget` command; chmod-not-supported errors on CIFS/WebDAV FUSE mounts are silently ignored; EOPNOTSUPP errors for extended attributes on NetBSD and other BSDs are silently ignored; a rare crash when a directory is removed mid-backup is fixed; restic no longer retries uploads after a 507 Insufficient Storage response from rest-server; and the `check` command no longer falsely reports repository damage when a transient download error is resolved by a retry.
